LPS Autumn KICK-OFF: Mexican-Picknick

Join us for a Michelin-like Mexican picnic arranged by top chefs Gerdvilas Žalys and Ieva Lykova!
Dear Members,
We are excited to invite you to our Autumn Kick-Off event, featuring an exceptional culinary experience with chefs Gerdvilas Žalys and Ieva Lykova.
Gerdvilas Žalys brings a wealth of experience, having honed his skills at some of the finest restaurants. He spent three years at the prestigious 2 Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Saint-Germain in Paris before returning to Vilnius to work at the Stiklių restaurant. Gerdvilas also led the kitchen and curated dishes for the Pontus restaurant group (Pontus Frithiof), recognized with the Swedish Academy of Gastronomy’s Gold Medal. Currently, he is the head chef at Nabo, a modern Swedish-French restaurant inspired by the Mediterranean, and listed in the “White Guide” of Sweden’s top restaurants.
Ieva Lykova, originally an economist, followed her passion for cooking and moved to Italy to study at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF). After gaining experience in various restaurants, she joined the team at Nabo. Many of our long-term members have already enjoyed Ieva’s delightful creations and have always been highly satisfied.
This time, Gerdvilas and Ieva will be delighting us with a menu inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine.

MENU:
- Starters: Mexican ceviche, Shrimp tostadas with avocado and mango.
- Warm dishes: Quesadillas with portobello mushrooms and caramelised onions, Quesadillas with potatoes and chorizo, Chicken tacos with guacamole, Pico de gallo, Black bean and corn salsa, Pineapple salsa.
- Sauces: Salsa roja and coriander lime sauce.
- Dessert: Pumpkin cake.
- Drink: Margarita cocktail.
